I REALLY appreciated the free shuttle to the train station. It ran hourly. my room included a bose sound system. THE hotel provided free laundry services, super convenient.

the room was spacious with comfortable beds and a very nice view of the mountains. the free shuttle to the train station was useful. the breakfast had a great selection of japanese and western options, which i found very convenient.

The lighting in the room could have been better. It felt a little dim at times.

the hotel offered complimentary laundry facilities with washing and ironing equipment. i could easily manage my laundry ! the hotel also featured a serene courtyard pool with warm water, a very nice space to relax.

the staff was polite and very helpful, going out of their way to accommodate requests, which i appreciated. upon my arrival, the staff promptly delivered my forwarded luggage to my room. the service was consistently great!
